The Founding Story

While CEO of WhiteGlove Health, a company he founded and ran for more than 7 years, Bob Fabbio was exposed to the challenges faced by health insurance companies, retailers, and employers in their quest to engage patients in a meaningful way to improve their health. All three would regularly engage patients at only a fraction of a percent while WhiteGlove Health was engaging patients in double digit percentages. The realization of the importance of the trusted relationship between the provider (WhiteGlove) and patient lead Bob to launch eRelevance and build a unique marketing automation service as a way to engage patients in a meaningful way on behalf of providers to stimulate them to request care.
